Each Monday class during July will introduce a different meditation that can be learnt in one evening and then practised at home by yourself – for a lifetime if you wish!
Meditation is a way to connect to the unlimited potential within our mind for lasting peace and happiness. Practicing these simple meditations provides a method to create mental space, well-being and “overskud” in daily life. The meditations that will be taught are:
Black and White breathing meditation
Absorption of Cessation
Clarity of the Mind
The Bliss Boost meditation
The classes include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
Drop-in to any or all of the classes.
