Whether you are a complete beginner or have experience of meditation, learn the step-by-step methods to establishing a regular and highly effective meditation practice. From setting up a meditation space, to correct meditation posture and how to ensure you keep enjoying your practise over the long term. You will learn everything you need to know to easily integrate meditation into your normal daily schedule.
You will also learn a creative and inspiring approach to meditation that will lead to significant improvements in your peace of mind, happiness and well-being. This workshop is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to those who have been meditating for a while and would like to improve their practice. In clear, easy to understand English.
