Learn how to find peace, overcome stress and live in the moment through mindfulness and meditation.

The classes include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.

Class dates: July 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd. Drop-in to whichever dates are most convenient.
