Imagine being able to respond skillfully to problems and conflicts with a peaceful mind — free from anger, repression or fear. Participants will learn to apply Buddha’s teachings on anger. By understanding the nature and causes of anger, we can begin to transform problems and conflicts into opportunities for personal growth and true inner power.
The classes include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
