On this one-day Urban Retreat on mindfulness, be guided in meditations that enable you to get to know and gain control over your mind, rather than having your mind control you. Learn the techniques to let go of negative, toxic thoughts, instead creating positive thoughts which give rise to happiness. This will enable you to let go of painful, agitated minds and draw out your real potential: to be mindful, focused and peaceful in meditation and in your daily life.
The workshop will include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English. This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
