Learn how training in meditation and mindfulness can enable you to live fearlessly. We all suffer from fear and anxiety at times in our lives. Our fears can become our limits if we don’t have a constructive way of looking at them and letting them go. They can easily prevent us fully enjoying life and reaching our full potential. They can stop us moving forward or taking on new challenges that will improve our life and lead to greater happiness and fulfilment.

In this workshop Kadam Adam will introduce us to meditations and practices for daily life to change this. We will learn how to face our fears and let them go, with a sense of courage and peace of mind. We will discover how to use our fears as a catalyst for positive change in our lives and to find freedom from limitations. In this way, we learn how to live fearlessly, growing our inner strength, confidence, happiness and sense of fulfilment day by day.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation. The workshop will be taught in clear, easy to understand English. It will include talks, guided meditations and time for Q&A.

A day of meditating on gratitude

Enjoy a meditation day retreat for everyone, from beginners to those with more experience of meditation. Discover for yourself the experience of inner peace, joy and positive energy that come from meditating on gratitude. We can often be so focused on what we don’t have, we forget to appreciate and feel grateful for what we already have. Learn how the simple practise of meditating on gratitude enables everyone to fully appreciate life, others and our potential to live a life of genuine happiness, fulfilment and inner purpose. The emphasis will be on how to integrate this new found sense of gratitude and appreciation we learn on the retreat into every aspect of our life: work, family, friends, down-time etc.

In each session Kadam Adam will explain clearly how to engage in the particular meditation and its benefits for our daily life. Then he will guide each meditation, enabling us to gain deep experience of each meditation and its benefits. All talks and meditations will be in clear, easy to understand English.

Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided in the breaks. Lunch is available from the many good nearby cafes and restaurants.
