Whether you are a complete beginner or have experience of meditation, learn the step-by-step methods to establishing a regular and highly effective meditation practice. From setting up a meditation space, to correct meditation posture and how to ensure you keep enjoying your practise over the long term. You will learn everything you need to know to easily integrate meditation into your normal daily schedule.

You will also learn a creative and inspiring approach to meditation that will lead to significant improvements in your peace of mind, happiness and well-being. This workshop is suitable for everyone, from complete beginners to those who have been meditating for a while and would like to improve their practice. In clear, easy to understand English.

The ideal peaceful Summer morning relaxation getaway. Especially suitable for those new to meditation and those who want to dedicate some time at the weekend to relax and refresh, through meditation.

The morning includes short, simple & deeply relaxing guided meditations. Also, Sam will explain some brief and practical advice on how to develop and maintain a sense of inner peace, happiness & well being throughout our day, life and the Summer holidays! In clear easy to understand English.

We all want to be happy and free from problems all the time. If we check, we devote all our time and energy to this pursuit. Maybe we have worked hard and have a life that looks good on the outside, with a good job, home etc. Yet, still we can all feel something is missing, and that we haven’t yet found the lasting peace of mind, happiness and fulfilment on the inside that we all seek.

In this free public talk at the Kadampa Meditation Centre, Kadam Adam will explore how everyone can learn to meditate, and discover for themselves, that it is entirely possible to fulfil these wishes for inner peace & happiness. We will realise that training in meditation and mindfulness enables everyone to create a life that not only looks good on the outside, but one that feels genuinely and consistently good on the inside. We can cultivate a new found sense of inner peace, mental freedom and happiness to bring to all areas of our life, from the “inside-out”. The talk will be in clear, easy-to-understand English and will include a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
