These weekly drop-in classes are offered as self-contained classes (not a series). With a new topic and practice each week, you can just drop in when you like. They offer an opportunity for everyone, from complete beginners to those with more experience to explore the highly practical approach of modern Buddhist psychology, philosophy and meditation for improving our peace of mind, happiness and quality of life.

May 11th – Developing Bodhichitta – Living from a supreme good heart
May 18th – Training in tranquil abiding – developing pure concentration
May 25th – The nature of reality – the freedom to create the life we want
Jun 1st – Relying upon a spiritual guide – a friend on the path
We all have an inner potential for self-transformation and a limitless capacity for the development of inner peace, happiness and good qualities such as love, compassion and wisdom. In each class we will learn a new meditation and practise for daily life, known as Lamrim (stages of the path to Enlightenment), to enable us to access and fully actualise this potential.
These classes will empower us with a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in our life, an inner drive to actualise our unbelievable potential so that we can fully enjoy our life and be of real benefit to our family, friends and others. The emphasis will be on how to integrate our practice of training the mind with every aspect of our life: work, family, friends, down-time etc.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. Each class is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series (or other classes) and save up to 25% on the class-by-class fee.
