This series of teachings & deeply relaxing guided meditations is suitable for everyone including beginners. Each session will focus on a particular topic & practice based on Geshe Kelsang’s new book ‘How to transform your life’. This inspiring and practical manual for daily life shows how everyone can learn to train in meditation and mindfulness to develop and maintain authentic peace of mind, happiness and well being, even when we face challenges in life.
Each week we will discover how integrating this training into our normal daily life empowers us to overcome daily problems (including discouragement, distraction & unhappiness). It also helps us to bring about the positive changes in our life that enable us to experience a deep and lasting sense calm, joy & fulfilment within.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. Each class is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series (or other classes) and save up to 25% on the class-by-class fee.
