Meditation is becoming increasingly recognized as an effective means to reduce stress and improve our quality of life. However, it also has much deeper and far-reaching benefits that have been understood by meditation practitioners for thousands of years.
During this course, you will be guided by an experienced teacher through several meditations that can be reproduced at home, learn how to improve mindfulness and concentration; as well as how to set up a regular meditation practice. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance on how to improve your meditation practice.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. Suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness. Each class includes a talk and two guided meditations. Each class is self-contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series (or other classes) and save up to 25% on the class-by-class fee.
