Living with peace, love and joy

In this series we will explore how everyone can learn to train in meditation and mindfulness and enjoy more peace, love and joy in our relationships with others, whether it’s our partner, family, friends or others.
Discover how meditation enables us to access a deeper and lasting peace of mind, happiness and well-being, feeling genuinely and consistently good on the inside. Connecting to this natural peace and joy within our mind opens us up to recognising and identifying with the potential for happiness, love and other good qualities that exist within each and everyone of us.
We will learn how training in meditation and mindfulness can help anyone to strengthen and grow all these inner qualities. Through this we will feel a greater and more consistent sense of connection, warmth, closeness and love for others. We will learn how to maintain this sense of connection, closeness and love even when we face difficulties in our life and relationships. In this way we will learn how we can improve the quality and enjoyment of all our relationships and life from the inside-out.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. Each class is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series (or other classes) and save up to 25% on the class-by-class fee.
