Meditation & mindfulness for kids

In these monthly classes, children will be gently guided through relaxed and fun craft activities, games and meditations. The aim of these classes is to use mindfulness techniques to help with children’s healthy development, inner peace, confidence and good heart towards others.
The class is most suitable for ages 5-12, but children of any age are welcome. Parents can also participate in the activities. Tea and coffee is provided for parents and a healthy snack for the children.
Class fee: 50kr per child – we recommend you book in advance as spaces are limited, but you are able to drop-in and pay on the day if there is still space available.
