In this series we will explore, through our own experience, how meditation can help us to enjoy healthier and more fulfilling relationships with everyone in our life, whether it’s our partner, family, friends or others. Perfect preparation for the Christmas period!
Discover how meditation empowers us to access a deeper sense of inner peace, happiness and well-being, feeling genuinely and consistently good on the inside. Connecting to the natural peace and joy within our mind opens us up to recognizing and identifying with the potential for happiness, love and other good qualities that exist within each and everyone of us. We will learn how training in meditation and mindfulness can help anyone to strengthen and grow all these inner qualities. Through this we will feel a greater and more consistent sense of connection, warmth, closeness and love for others. We will learn how to maintain this sense of connection, closeness and love even when we face difficulties in our life and relationships. In this way we will learn how we can improve the quality and enjoyment of all our relationships from the inside-out.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. They are suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation. Each class is like is self contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series (or other classes) and save up to 25% on the class-by-class fee.
