The ability to respond skillfully to feelings of stress and anxiety is essential for those who want to live in the modern world with a peaceful mind. By viewing our life and our potential in a positive light, we can maintain inner peace during stressful times. We can even learn to use anxiety-producing situations to learn deep lessons about the mind and how to maintain a peaceful heart. Using meditation to develop a new understanding, we can free ourselves from these crippling states to be increasingly available to others and to ourselves.
The classes include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
