Throughout our life, our mind can be our best friend or our worst enemy. Through getting to know our own mind more closely we can discover that we have more control over this process than we might think. The practice of meditation and mindfulness are powerful tools to experience our mind at a deeper level and start to affect a positive and lasting internal change.
This series will be based on ‘How to transform your life’ by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, available as a free eBook.
The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. Suitable for complete beginners and all others. Each class is self-contained, so you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend classes from this series and all subsequent series so you can save up to 25% on the Drop-in fee.
