These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience. In general, each class includes a talk and two guided meditations designed to help everyone find greater inner peace, happiness and well being in their lives. The classes teach proven methods and meditations to become more aware & present in the moment, overcome stress, cultivate inner strength and experience greater harmony in our relationships.

Self-compassion

Main meditation class starting June, Monday 3rd
Mondays | 19.00 to 20.30 | with Kadam Tim

Learn how to develop authentic self-compassion and while relating to our potential, develop the wisdom and courage to overcome our own limitations.

Many of us suffer from lack of self-confidence and low self-esteem – completely unaware of the extraordinary potential that exists within each us. During this course, learn how we can start to recognize and eventually realize the potential for love, compassion and wisdom inside our hearts so that we can improve ourself as a person, develop authentic confidence and benefit others.

The teachings will emphasize how we can identify with our pure potential or Buddha nature and let go of critical thoughts, while at the same time constructively acknowledging our flaws and being able to move past them.

The classes include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.

Inner vacations – meditations you can learn in one evening and use for life

Main meditation class starting July, Monday 1st

Each Monday class during July will introduce a different meditation that can be learnt in one evening and then practised at home by yourself – for a lifetime if you wish!
Meditation is a way to connect to the unlimited potential within our mind for lasting peace and happiness. Practicing these simple meditations provides a method to create mental space, well-being and “overskud” in daily life. The meditations that will be taught are:

Black and White breathing meditation
Absorption of Cessation
Clarity of the Mind
The Bliss Boost meditation

The classes include talks and guided meditations in clear, easy-to-understand English and are suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.

We would like to make weekly meditation classes as widely available as we can to everyone throughout Copenhagen and Denmark. We are currently exploring opportunities to launch branch classes outside of our Centre in Copenhagen.
