These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience. In general, each class includes a talk and two guided meditations designed to help everyone find greater inner peace, happiness and well being in their lives. The classes teach proven methods and meditations to become more aware & present in the moment, overcome stress, cultivate inner strength and experience greater harmony in our relationships.

Discover the inner peace and mental freedom that comes from learning how to let go of habits of craving, attachment and addiction. We all experience craving in our lives, whether its for people, food, smartphones, or unhealthy substances. If we don’t have skillful ways of dealing with this habit of craving, it can easily lead to strong attachment and addictive tendencies. In this way it can easily undermine our peace of mind, happiness and self-esteem.

In these drop-in classes we will explore meditations and mindfulness practices for daily life that will enable us to become free of craving, attachment and addiction. We will learn how to identify craving and attachment as it arises in our minds, and learn how to let it go. We will explore how meditation enables us to connect to and develop, a deep and natural source of inner peace, happiness and well-being within our own mind. We will discover how to bring this growing sense of inner peace and happiness to all areas of our life. Through improving this experience, we will discover how we can all learn to enjoy our relationships with the people and things in our life free from craving, attachment and addiction.

Undgå livets stress og travlhed og oplev meditationens fred for dig selv. Du vil blive ført gennem enkle meditationer, der er afslappende for sind og krop, hvilket fører til en dyb oplevelse af indre fred og tilfredshed.

Undervisningen vil foregå på dansk, og er velegnet for både begyndere og folk med mere erfaring indenfor meditation og mindfulness. Hver klasse vil indeholde både undervisning og guidet meditation. Disse kan tages enkeltvis eller som en serie, som det passer ind i dit program.

De ugentlige undervisninger er både for begyndere og de mere erfarne. Hver undervisningsgang indeholder undervisning og to guidede meditationer, som hjælper dig til at føle indre ro, glæde og velvære. Vi underviser i anerkendte metoder og meditationer, som gør dig i stand til at blive mere opmærksom, nærværende, overkomme stress, kultivere din indre styrke og opleve større harmoni i dine relationer.

Learn how to let go of attachment, anger and expectations. Improve your love for others through meditation. Discover how to practise mindfulness in relationships. Explore how meditation can help us to enjoy healthier and more fulfilling relationships with everyone in our life, whether it’s our partner, family, friends or colleagues.

The classes are taught in clear, easy-to-understand English. Suitable for complete beginners and those with more experience of meditation & mindfulness. Each class includes a talk and two guided meditations. Each class is self-contained. So, you can just drop in whenever you can, or attend the whole series if you wish. A Clip Card (see below) enables you to attend the whole series (or other classes) and save up to 25% on the class-by-class fee.
