These weekly classes are suitable for beginners and those with more experience. Each class includes a talk and two guided meditations designed to help everyone find greater inner peace, happiness and well being in their lives. The classes teach proven methods and meditations to become more aware & present in the moment, overcome stress, cultivate inner strength and experience greater harmony in our relationships.
