De ligger generelt i weekenderne, er åbne for alle. De inkluderer guidede meditationer, undervisning, lidt at spise og massere tid til at snakke og slappe af.
Fear Less – becoming free from anxiety

Not much good comes from anxiety – yet it seems like there is a lot to be anxious and worried about! Therefore it’s easy to get stuck in anxiety.
Buddha taught many meditations (ways of thinking), based on wisdom that we can learn to free ourself from feeling stuck in and exhausted by anxiety-laden thoughts.
In this workshop, you will learn a wisdom approach to navigating the concerns of your life. Through practising the meditations taught, you will be able to break the circle of anxious, worried and fearful thinking. Instead you will discover how to live a more enjoyable, fulfilled and courageous life. Ultimately, through understanding and putting Buddha’s wisdom into practice, it’s possible to live free from all fear.
About our workshops
Everyone is welcome to join our Saturday morning workshops. No previous experience of meditation is needed, nor is any special clothing required. Most people sit on chairs, though meditation cushions are provided for those that wish to use them.
The workshops are presented in easy-to-understand English and are attended by people with a great variety of backgrounds and culture. Each workshop consists of two teaching sessions with meditations, and a light brunch is served between them.
