A Clear Mind – are you thinking too much?

Let’s be clear. Thinking is necessary. We need to think, reflect, understand, know, make decisions etc. However, sometimes our thinking becomes unclear, circular, negative, stuck or limited. We may also have a tendency to overthink things, which can be exhausting and unproductive.
In this series of classes, you will be introduced to Buddha’s description and understanding of the mind. Buddha provided a complete psychology of the mind which is highly relevant today as we try to navigate our modern world. You will learn meditations that help you let go of confused, negative or stuck thinking – and open up the natural, peaceful, positive and clear states of mind that we all have the potential to develop.
Furthermore, you will also learn ways of thinking that help your mind remain balanced, calm and clear in daily life – and how to practise and train in meditation.
About our Monday class
Everybody is welcome to attend any of the classes. Each class is self-contained, and you can just “drop-in”. No booking is required.
At the classes, most people sit on chairs, though meditation cushions are provided for those who wish to use them. Classes are taught in easy-to-understand English and are suitable for complete beginners as well as those with more experience of meditation.
