The practice of emptiness in everyday life (online)

February, Sat 20th | 10.00 to 17.00

Online workshop with guest teacher – Gen-la Kelsang Thubten

Buddha’s teachings on emptiness are refreshing and liberating on so many levels.

At the most basic level, understanding and applying these teachings frees us from stress, tension and anxiety. Gradually we learn to live lightly and deal with difficult situations in more and more positive and relaxed ways.

Eventually we will discover a profound inner peace in which our mind becomes permanently free from all distress and negativity.

On this course Gen-la Thubten will show how to discover this mental freedom through a simple meditation and then carry that experience into our daily life, providing us with a powerful tool to completely transform our life.

This workshop is suitable for all levels of experience.
