Overcoming Stress, Anxiety & Frustration

March, Saturday 7th – 10.00 to 15.00
with Gen Kelsang Dragpa

Stress, anxiety and frustration are common experiences in modern life.

These painful states of mind can arise when we encounter challenging situations and difficult people. If we don’t understand why they arise and don’t have the knowledge of how to work skillfully with them, they will continually destroy our peace of mind and happiness – and interfere with our relationships.

Buddha’s timeless teachings offer a simple and yet profound alternative. At this special day course, western Buddhist monk Gen Kelsang Dragpa will introduce you to methods to train your mind to respond to life’s difficulties with a peaceful and positive attitude. As you discover your true nature – one that is infinitely calm, happy and stable – problems and difficulties will begin to fall away. In this way, you can learn to face life with clarity, inner strength and profound peace instead.
