Description
It is very easy to focus on faults we see in our self and others and feel inadequate or overly critical. This is neither helpful or necessary. With wisdom, by recognising good qualities and good actions, instead we can find beauty in ourself an others.
On this day course we will learn practical meditations to delight in and thereby increase our own qualities and good actions and also inspire those in our life to realize their potential.
About this day course
Everyone is welcome to join this event. No previous experience of meditation is needed, nor is any special clothing required. Most people sit on chairs, though meditation cushions are provided for those that wish to use them.
The day course will be presented in easy-to-understand English. As the workshop takes place in a buddhist meditation centre, it will start with a short buddhist prayer.
This day course will be presented in three sessions (times below). Refreshments will be served during the first and second sessions. Please bring your own lunch or plan to make use of the local amenities for lunch.
