About this class
How can meditation help in these challenging times? What do I need to do to build a meditation practice at home and how do I do it? How can I begin to think about the present in constructive ways?
In this week’s class, you will learn meditations and ways of thinking, based on Buddha’s wisdom, that you can apply in daily life to keep you calm and centred in the face of the present uncertainty.
The class will be a combination of guided meditations, teaching and opportunities to ask questions – as in our normal classes at the Centre. Everyone is welcome 😊
About online live-streamed events
At this challenging time, when the meditation centre needs to be closed, we are continuing our classes using a video-conferencing service called Zoom. You can participate in this from a computer, phone or tablet with an internet connection.
