Change, challenge & uncertainty (ONLINE EVENT)

Monday, Apr 27 – 19.00 to 20.30
with Kadam Tim – Online class

About this class

We can see many wonderful examples of people helping each other during this pandemic. This indicates two things: people’s natural compassion and how we are all interdependent. In this week’s class, we will explore why helping others is a wise response to change, challenge and uncertainty and how to develop our ability to do so.

You will learn meditations and ways of thinking, based on Buddha’s wisdom, that you can apply in daily life to keep you calm and centred in the face of the present uncertainty.

The class will be a combination of guided meditations, teaching and opportunities to ask questions – as in our normal classes at the Centre. Everyone is welcome 😊

About online live-streamed events

At this challenging time, when the meditation centre needs to be closed, we are continuing our classes using a video-conferencing service called Zoom.  You can participate in this from a computer, phone or tablet with an internet connection.

After booking your place below,  we will send you a link via email before the class starts. Just click on that link to join the event. If you have any questions about how to get started, please contact us at tech@meditateincopenhagen.org and we will try to help you.

These classes are open to everyone living in Denmark. If you live outside Denmark, please contact your nearest Kadampa Meditation Centre here.
