Developing a skillful mind(ONLINE EVENT)

Breathing meditations are wonderful as our “go-to” method for re-connecting to a peaceful mind. However, there are other simple meditations we can learn that train our mind to become calm, still and spacious.

In each of these classes, a different meditation will be introduced, guided and explained. Each meditation is a new tool for us to use whenever we wish and leads to new mental skills. These skills bring great benefit to our everyday life.
