Learn meditation and new ways of thinking
Don’t believe that you can’t meditate! If you have a mind, and have breath – then you CAN definitely meditate and find peace of mind. The only reason we find it meditation difficult is that it is unfamiliar to us, and we haven’t trained. But without a doubt, everyone can meditate. Initial meditations help us to start to get to know our mind, and experience of how peace of mind comes from within. But we also meditate on ways of thinking, taught by Buddha, that, when taken to heart, bring both short and long-term happiness.
