In accordance with the latest guidelines that have been introduced by the authorities, and to keep the Centre open and a safe place to come, we kindly ask everyone to show a Corona Pass and to wear a mask when moving around the Centre. If you don’t have a mask when you come, we can provide one.
One way of looking at meditation is as a process of letting go. Through meditation we let go of the thoughts and ways of thinking that keep us stuck and tied down. Our meditations become a way of learning new ways to relate to ourself, others and our world.
In this series we will explore Buddha’s teachings on meditation and letting go, as well as train in the methods he taught. Through learning and practicing these methods, we can bring about lasting postive changes in ourself, and lead a lighter, happier and more meaningful life.
Each class consists of two meditations, a teaching, some discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. Most people sit on chairs, though some meditation cushions are available. No previous experience is needed and you “walk-in” to any class on Mondays. Tea is served from 17,30 and everyone is welcome 🙂
