Join this special city day retreat with modern Buddhist monk, Gen Kelsang Dragpa.
Loving-kindness is a very important and practical skill for modern everyday life. Open to everyone, the retreat will focus on how to develop this mind – a warm-hearted friendliness towards all who live in our world. Everyone can cultivate a loving mind towards others, which will bring peace and happiness into our world.
The four-session city retreat will be silent in the morning. After a vegan / gluten free lunch, the afternoon sessions will include further teaching, meditation and discussion. As a result of this day retreat, you will know how to develop and keep a loving kind heart in daily life, and gain experience of how this brings peace, calm and happiness into your mind.
