Når du kommer

Du kan sidde på en komfortabel stol eller på en pude på gulvet. Ingen tidligere erfaring er nødvendig og du er meget velkommen til at “droppe ind” til en meditation uden at booke i forvejen.

About the teacher

Karen is a dedicated meditator, who has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism for the last two years. Karen's teachings are clear and relate perfectly to busy modern life.
