Puja program
The main purpose of chanted meditation prayers or “pujas” in Sanskrit, is to develop our pure good heart, through purifying negativity, accumulating merit (good karma to gain spiritual insights) and receiving inspiration from enlightened beings. If we have some faith in Buddha, then just attending a puja is a rejuvenating experience. We can learn the deeper meanings of the words gradually. Everyone is welcome to join, they are free to participate in, and chanted meditation prayer booklets in English are provided. Pujas are organised on request. To request a puja, please contact us.
