International Fall Festival 2021 – “The Path to Heaven”

The International Fall Festival 2021 will be held October 22-28. The empowerment, teachings, meditations and retreats will take place at the Temple for World Peace at Manjushri KMC in the UK and will be streamed to time zones around the world.

At the Festival, Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong, Spiritual Director of NKT, will grant the empowerment of Buddha Green Tara and give teachings on The Path to Heaven, the transference of consciousness (powa) practice of Arya Tara.

These teachings are open to everyone from complete beginners to those with previous experience.

The principal event of the Festival is receiving the empowerment of Green Tara.   In addition there will be meditations and teachings, together with a guided meditation retreat.

Participating in Denmark

For those that book for the Fall Festival and live in Denmark are welcome to join the empowerments and teachings at KMC Copenhagen, together with others.   The livestream will be shown on a screen at the Centre.

About the teacher

Gen-la Dekyong

Gen-la Kelsang Dekyong is the General Spiritual Director of NKT-IKBU and Resident Teacher at Manjushri KMC, the mother centre of modern Kadampa Buddhism.Gen-la Dekyong has been a disciple of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for nearly 40 years and holds the lineages of his blessings in her heart.
