Meditation Class
Buddhist Meditation (EN)
24 Feb kl 18:00 - 19:15

These weekly “drop-in” classes present “The Art of Loving-Kindness: Transforming relationships with Buddhist meditation”.

Relationships are at the heart of our lives—whether with parents, children, siblings, friends, colleagues, neighbors, or even ourselves.

We will explore how to transform our relationships into paths of increasing happiness, joy and fulfillment, following the book “The New Eight Steps to Happiness” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and with guided meditations. The book can be purchased in our bookshop or online.
