During this special countryside meditation retreat, Kadam Morten Clausen will guide us on a journey where we will experience for ourselves that deep and lasting happiness is possible.
Drawing on Buddha’s teachings about the nature of the mind, Kadam Morten will explain that enjoyment is something we bring to our lives, not something that we get from our lives. By training in the meditation practices introduced during the retreat, this inner joy, from which our enjoyment arises, can be discovered, nurtured and stabilised.
Through discovering the true nature of who we are and our unlimited potential, we can come to possess a happiness beyond the ordinary.
