Perhaps, you’ve noticed that most of the happiness we experience is fleeting and short lived. We jump from one experience to the next – or try to replicate situations that once brought joy. But, it doesn’t have to be that way.
Through training in meditation we can find a deeper and longer lasting happiness that isn’t dependent on external circumstances. By understanding and experiencing that happiness is a state of mind, and not something found in external things, we can learn to experience deep happiness from within our mind.

Silence & Breaks
To support a deeper experience, we will practice verbal retreat by keeping silent until the end of Session 3. Please be sure to keep your phone on silent and in your bag during the retreat.
During the breaks, you are very welcome to read the books in the centre’s library. We also offer refreshments and healthy vegetarian snacks—salads, hummus, and fresh fruit. You will be well taken care of.
