How can we improve our inner qualities so we can show up for ourselves and others more fully? Join this workshop to discover practical meditation techniques and ancient Buddhist wisdom for personal transformation.
Often, we focus on improving our external conditions, but true change comes from within. Through Lamrim (the stages of the path to enlightenment), we have the opportunity to develop wisdom, patience, and kindness. By meditating on Lamrim, you’ll transform your mind and connect with your potential for inner peace, compassion, and wisdom.
This practice will help you navigate daily challenges with a kind and patient heart, enhancing your relationships and giving you greater clarity and confidence. Life brings new challenges each day, but with Lamrim wisdom, you can face them while maintaining your peace of mind.
You will learn:
How to develop and maintain a peaceful mind
How to identify yourself correctly – in a naturally positive way
How to navigate life’s challenges, and grow from your innate potential

The workshop is presented in clear, easy-to-understand English and is attended by people with a great variety of backgrounds and cultures.
As the workshop takes place in a Buddhist meditation center, we begin with a short Buddhist prayer. Each workshop includes two teaching sessions with guided meditations, and a delicious vegetarian brunch is served between them.
